Man Tried To Run Over Officer

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio - A 26-year-old man accused of trying to run over a police officer is behind bars. Ryan Brown had just tried to break into a home, police said, when officers arrived at the scene.

Officials said Brown hit the accelerator when one of the officers got out of his cruiser, slamming into the police vehicle and two parked cars.

He fled the scene, but St. Bernard police picked him up later.

Brown has been charged with felonious assault on a police officer, domestic violence, attempted aggravated burglary and aggravated menacing. He also faces several traffic violations.

Definitely what he deserves, but definitely not what he's gonna get. The truth is we both know he will most likely get a slap on the wrist.
