Accident Kills Sheriff's Deputy
A Douglas County Sheriff's Deputy was killed after being hit by a suspected drunk driver.

If I'm correct, Deputy Nicks death will not be listed on www.odmp.org because he was killed off duty. This is so wrong.

Update ~
The drunk driver was released on bond this morning. Why does this not surprise me?
