Man BSO is getting hit hard. I can't believe these thugs think they can just go around shooting whoever the hell they want. Makes me sick. I hope he rests in peace. His family will be in my prayers.

Rest in Peace Deputy Rein. My prayers are including another LEO family, so sad.
From what I heard on the local news last night, Dep. Rein was transporting this prisoner by himself due to budget cuts. Most departments policy states 2 officers on transports. I know due to budget cuts our department only uses 1 officer on transports regardless of how many prisoners are being transported.
My dad, I miss him every day.

Has anyone heard when his funeral is? Maybe Gozling? I am not too far away and would like to pay my respects if possible.
I can't believe he was just dumped in a parking lot. To me that just makes it so much worse. No type of punishment is too hard for that damn guy that shot him.
