CSP Trooper critically injured in fatal crash on I-25
We need your prayers.
We just had a bad one down here in Walsenburg.
A trooper was working a crash, when a semi lost control and rear ended his marked patrol car. One of two people sitting in the back of the car is dead, and the other is critical. The trooper is also in critical condition, and was airlifted out.
I called off sick earlier today, so I do not have all the details. I'll update when I can."I have an open door policy on tickets ... if I have to open my door, you are getting a ticket. If I turn on those lights, somebody has to pay the electric bill."

Still no word on our man. That used to be my patrol car there. He's a great guy, and a friend."I have an open door policy on tickets ... if I have to open my door, you are getting a ticket. If I turn on those lights, somebody has to pay the electric bill."

Damn Mock, be careful out there, thoughts and prayers for the fallen
500 fights, that's the number I figured when I was a kid. 500 street fights and you could consider yourself a legitimate tough guy. You need them for experience. To develop leather skin. So I got started. Of course along the way you stop thinking about being tough and all that. It stops being the point. You get past the silliness of it all. But then, after, you realize that's what you are.

Incredible that the Trooper survived. Prayers sent for a quick and full recovery.
God bless the others injured and killed.
It is a tough job and sometimes it is proven through these types of photographs. Be safe out there.Be courteous to all, but intimate with few, and let those few be well tried before you give them your confidence.

He's going to be okay!
He is being held overnight at the hospital for observation, but according to the intra-departmental news I got, his injuries are non life-threatening. He is expected to be set free tomorrow."I have an open door policy on tickets ... if I have to open my door, you are getting a ticket. If I turn on those lights, somebody has to pay the electric bill."

Awesome news. Becareful out there ladies and gents traffic is nothing to be to careful about they don't watch what they are doing when driving so we have to be double careful.
Being the best is not what always counts. What counts is always trying your best.
Remember who you are, and where you came from. That way you never get a big head.
May those that lost their lives in 9-11 RIP, for the things you did not many could do. You left so many behind so that you could save so few. For now we stand strong as one, and will not look back till the fight is done. (me)
