Deputy David Gilstrap
Deputy Gilstrap was stuck while directing traffic in front of an elementary school this week. He was with the Oconee County (GA) Sheriff's Office for five years and in that time wrote over 11,000 citations. He was previously with the Clarke County (GA) Sheriff's Office.

The driver plead nole contendere to vehicular homicide today and got 12 months probation, a $1000 fine, 120 hours of community service, and can't oprate a vehicle as a condition of her probation.
