Two Pentagon Officers Shot, Wounded at Metro StationWASHINGTON – A gunman opened fire at the subway entrance to Pentagon complex Thursday evening, wounding two Pentagon police officers, a spokesman said. The alleged gunman also was wounded, said Chris Layman, a spokesman for the Pentagon Force Protection Agency. Authorities said all three were taken to a hospital. None the injuries were thought to be life-threatening, Layman said.

Another attack on LEOs? There have been so many of these recently.

Prayers for a full and speedy recovery for the involved officers.

One of their guys got run down a few years ago. A vehicle pursuit chased a car that turned on Pentagon property and ran down the officer at a gate. I went to his funeral. Good guys and a professional agency. This really sucks. I hope those guys pull through, I don't want to go to another funeral up there.Pleasing nobody, one person at a time.
