cause was a single vehicle crash with roll over, deputy Scruggs was enroute to a call, while enroute she lost control and was ejected from the vehicle during rollover. She was flown to The Med Trauma Center in Memphis, TN where she was pronounced on arrival. She was not wearing her seatbelt.
