4 this year for the CHP. First was a plane in May and the next two were on motorcycles if I remember correctly. I know, all in Southern California, too. Still not good by any means. Originally Posted by Illiy

The article lists the officer down as Justin McGrory (28) of Victorville. He was a CHP officer since October 2007 and was assigned to the Barstow area office. He leaves behind a wife and three small children.
His partner, Officer Ryan Bostrom, was not injured.
