State Trooper Kevin Dobson killed after being hit by motorist » Local News » Niagara Gazette
Trooper Kevin Dobson was struck and killed by a passing pickup truck, while he was issuing a traffic ticket on I-290. His death comes three months after NY enacted a "move over law".
