Anniston, AL officer down

ANNISTON-AL - The Anniston officer, shot Wednesday morning, has been identified as Justin Sollohub, 27.
Sollohub was shot after a short foot chase on 18th Street at Moore Avenue around 11a.m. Law enforcement agencies from around east Alabama are involved in an intense manhunt. We're told they're looking for two teenaged suspects. The motive for the shooting is unclear.

Update as of 7:45pm, Officer Sollohub has been pronounced brain dead but is on life support as he's an organ donor. His last act will be to give even more of himself than he already has.
