Woke up today to hear on the news that a Pueblo officer was shot last night. Pueblo is about 30 miles south of me. News says hes in the hospital in stable condition.
Getting hot around here for officer involved shootings. I was involved in one in November, and we had a second in December.
Prayers for a full and speedy recovery.

The officer is going to be fine. Took a round in a shoulder, but continued to put lead downrange until the suspect ran off.
Other officers tracked down the suspect, who was killed when he took a shot at them.
