NY Trooper intentionally hit by pickup truck

New York Trooper Christopher G. Skinner was conducting a traffic stop on I-81 when he was struck and killed by a pickup truck. Sources reported that the suspect intentionally struck several other vehicles prior then changed lanes to intentionally strike Trooper Skinner. One other motorist was injured. The suspect attempted to flee on foot before being arrested for Murder in the 1st degree. Trooper Skinner is survived by his mother, brother, fiance, and children.
