The right equipment
One day after her husband had come in from a fishing trip, His wife decided that she would take the boat out and read on the lake for a while. She grabbed her book and some snacks, got in the boat, arranged the fishing equipment off to the side of the seat and away she went. She dropped the anchor and settled herself to read.
A little while later a game warden on patrol approached her in his boat, he asked her what she was doing. She stated that she was just reading her book, he then asked to see her fishing license. She did not have one, he said he would have to take her in and charge her because she had all the equipment and could start fishing at any time!!
The woman replied that she would have to charge him with sexual assault, astonished, the warden exclaimed "how can you do that?!" To this she answered "Well, YOU have all the equipment and could start at ANY time!!!"
