    Dispatchers get calls everyday that need such a reply..The General Public seems to be confused as to what are legal vs quality-of-life issues.... This helps to deplete availability of rpcs when needed..yielding classic further complaints such as "..I called 15 mins ago;why aren't they here yet?".. And a dispatcher tries to explain, w/out giving cci or other info...makes it so difficult. Maybe a Community Relations Court should be founded, given it's own wagon..replete with Judge (video phone) to handle these issues?

    Or... Another option..Judge Joe Brown, Judge Judy, and a few other well-known t.v. judges go on an open-circuit "Quality of Life" Tour..tickets would be sold..and you get your chance to battle it out ..Even better if they could work in conjunction with the Wrestling Federation.. Contestants woud be given a Judge AND Referee.. -now how's that for decision making..
    Then there's the old game show "Family Feud" ..i'm sure that could be worked in somewhere to resolve ongoing issues.. But now i'm being silly..
