Weak Links in the Chain of Command
One of the few things I learned in Acadamy:
Weak Links are found in the chain of command.
A Chief: Leaps tall buildings in a single bound,
Is more powerful then a locomotive
Is faster then a speeding bullet,
walks on water, talks with God.
A Major: Leaps short buildings with a single bound
Is more powerful then a Switch Engine
Is just as fast as a speeding bullet,
Walks on water if the sea is calm,
Talks with God
A Captain: Leaps short buildings with a running start and favorable wind,
Is almost as powerful as a Switch Engine,
Is faster then a speeding bullet
Walks on water of an indoor pool
Talks wigh God if special request is approved
A Lieutenant: Brealey clears a Quonset hut,
Loses a tug of war with a locomotive,
Can fire a speeding bullet
Swims well,
Is occasionally addressed by God
A sergeant: Lifts buildings and walks under them,
Kicks Locomotives off the tacks,
Catches speeding bullets in his teeth and chews them,
Freezes water at a single glance,
The sergeant is God.
A detective: Makes high marks when trying to leap buildings,
Is run over by locomotives
Somtimes handles a gun without inflicting self-injury,
Can dog paddle
Talks to animals.
A Deputy: Runs into buildings,
Recognizes locomotives 2 out of 3 times.
Is issued ammunition,
Can stay afloat if properly instructed.
Talks to water.
A Cadet: Falls over the door sills when trying to enter a building.
Says "Look at the Choo-Choo"
Wets himself with a water pistol
Mumbles to himself.
My brothers of the sword.
I would rather fight beside you then any army of thousands.
Let no man forget how menacing we are, we are lions.
Do you know whats waiting on the other side of that beach,
Immortality, take it, its your! (Troy)
Give them nothing, take from them EVERYTHING! (300)
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.
Courage to change the things that I can.
And wisdom to....eh..screw it where's my gun.
