I missed Ohio, Michigan and Maine.

South Carolina alone has almost 90 license plates, two of which are considered standard. Even living here I don't recognize a lot of them.

I missed Michigan, I was still thinking they had the dark blue with white lettering plate.
The KY plate is old, we no longer use that one, as of 2 years ago.
