Yeah, but all most of the old folks have to do to cut back on the noise is to take out their hearing aids.
actually I think it should be perfectly legal on noise complaint calls for us to be able to put six rounds into the stereo if they refuse to turn it down the first time, or we are called out for a second time within two years. :D
