I've said it before, and I will say it again....... If I ever drive to Providence, I will seek out where that cop is and get my truck into a wreck there. Then I will sue the flip out of the cop and the dept. for letting him do that crap. Only a person tripping on acid can tell wtf he is trying to signal.
