Act 2 scene 1.
It was drawn to the attention of the innocent bystanders that a fracas of violent nature began between the two thespians in which several of each thespians entourage felt the need to participate. In light of said evidence someone discharged the use of E911 through a government provided cell phone. Subjects first intent was to phone a friend but was unable to since all the free provided minutes were dissipated during unrelated useage. Subject was indeed relieved that the E911 call was free. However subject became irate in the fact that law enforcement was not on scene at the moment the communication was complete and felt the need to intervene in the fracas on behalf of themselves since the subject truly did not know either of the combatants.
Act 2 scene 2.
Officers of the law arrive on the scene of the upscale establishment shocked that such action could possibly be taking place. Officers then issued loud verbal commands for the crowd to disperse but they fell promptly upon deaf ears. Alas the officers, severely undermanned and under equipped and with blatant disregard for their personal safety entered into the ever increasing violent melee in a desperate attempt to restore peace, law and order.

After a 45 minute battle royal, with assistance from 5 neighboring jurisdictions all officers are accounted for, 54 people are in custody, one of which has been detained by the laces of an officers boot since no other handcuffs could be found. The initial combatants are now best friends and the tape of the incident can not be used in court since officers did not ask for permission from the owner. It was completely disregarded that the video was freely accessible via the internet. Every officer, including 2 that weren't even there, the city, county, and the owners of the establishment are being class action sued by all participants and attendees, including 20 that weren't even there. Amazingly every one in attendance believes the officers over reacted and used excessive force.
