when it comes to snow in chicago people get a little crazy.
ive seen people break into garages just to take there snowblower. then return it when there done.
and parking is even worse. they will clean spots on the street then put stuff there to keep the spot. i mean anything! i have even seen cribs and rocking chairs. and god forbid if you move someones stuff and park there. i have litterally seen cars flipped over for it.
