when it comes to snow in chicago people get a little crazy.

and parking is even worse. they will clean spots on the street then put stuff there to keep the spot. i mean anything! i have even seen cribs and rocking chairs. and god forbid if you move someones stuff and park there. i have litterally seen cars flipped over for it.

not when you have to park 6-8 blocks away from your destination even though half the spots are open for the fact someone will vandalise your car if you take there spot lol Originally Posted by Five-0
