I'd ask the child where her family members are, and try to help locate her family or ask the the hotel staff to help or call 911 if she seems confused or non-responsive. I think most people here would too, and I would hope most people in general would do that rather than run away, since she doesn't seem violent or have any weapons (unless you count the doll, which doesn't seem likely to cause much damage). Don't know about the people in the video, maybe many others tried to help her but they just showed the ones who watched too many horror movies.
