Good ol Kern County Sheriff. If you google this, you'll find some interesting news stories about the incident. Nobody's really sure where the order came from....or so they say.

Thats a real picure. The story behind it is that the guy who was putting the makings on the car quit and had done that before he left. No one noticed it until they received complaints about it. He also did a K-9 unit which stated "We'll Bite your Ass".
