There is one deputy where I work that went to serve a Protection from Abuse (PFA) on a guy. It granted temporary custody to the mother, removed and excluded him from the house, and she ran over his dog. Not once, but twice. Yeah, DRT. Supervisor went to talk to him, and the guy was just like, "Whatcha ya got to tell me. I got cancer or something?"
She still gets shit about that in roll call.
