Polite Car Thief. (dead now)
My wife, daughter in law and grand kids were out for a walk yesterday ( in Phoenix) as they waIted to cross the road a stolen truck stopped and the driver waived them across the road. Once they crossed he took off , chased by 19 police cars and a helicopter. He was shot and killed a few blocks later.
