curious?????
Under my "rep power" there is a bar that states "warning" (it is 0 %) and after only 1 year this observant cop noticed ----nobody else has this??????What gives,???? Dont make me sue for discrimination
I will take Brad for every penny he has (all 3 of them)
and then work my way thru Will etc. etc.

You are able to see if you are under warning for alot of different reasons ie posts that are not any good or disruptive or violating the TOS of the site. You are only able to see your warning bar, no other members can. Some warnings are temporary so if you were warned for a period of time it will go away some are permanent and will never go away unless a mod or admin chooses to take them away.

You can only see your own warning meter. If you violate TOS a mod can up your warning points. If you get 10, then you are history. Only Mods and Admin can see everyone elses warn meter.
