Deleting one's own posts

Roses is precisely correct! When a post is created, it starts a 'timer' which ticks down to a point that the post can no longer be deleted by the user (beyond this time frame, only the mods/admins can still delete the entire post/thread). This is a feature of VBulletin, the software used to create and manage the forums. The Admins should have access to setting a default time limit on user deletes, however I don't think that they can nullify user deletion of posts completely.

I can't even delete posts that were just created a few seconds ago (such as this one).

Maybe this is a technical problem unique to the accounts of supporting members? I recall realpolice.net had a similar problem for awhile. Can any other supporting members delete their own posts?

It's not a big deal, I'll just keep asking the mods to delete my less well-thought-out posts until this is fixed.

I'm just glad that this time I wasn't the only one targeted for special torment!

It's much more fun to make you stick with the posts you make. Kind of a way to remind you how retarded some of them are.

They must have the timer set to like 1 second... Maybe it's a different setting for Mods or LEO's or something
