Does vbulletin have the ability to create an RSS feed for new posts?

A RSS feed delivers a summary of any new posts to a site. They work great with forums because anytime a new topic is added, it will alert you. You have use a RSS feed reader to get the info, but there are tons of them out there. I have one built into my google homepage, one on my Windows Vista sidebar, and my PDA has the ability to do it too, I just havent set it up.

I have Vista... but don't know what makes it any different then my other one... (cant' remember which one it was)
