One youtube link appears twice

Sometimes a single youtube link posted once appears as two identical videos, like here:
http://officerresource.com/forums/sh...0&postcount=16

Has anyone else seen or experienced this? When and why does this happen?

I've found that cutting the link out and then pasting it into the same post again will cause it to only appear once.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Could it be a glitch making the link double post?
