It's not happening to me now. A workaround is to click on "New Posts" in the center of the page or "Today's Posts" in the pull-down menu under "Quick Links".Quote:

Which is also where the recent thread links points to in the header, I'm not sure why you'd be redirected some where else though, but i'll look into it ;)
That link takes me to the "Recent Threads".
