I think I did check Remember Me. I will pay more attention next time.
I think the problem is that the regular sign-in screen won't work for me, but the sign-in screen that comes up when you try to post does. I am also already logged in when I respond to a PM or thread subscription notification.
I can live with it. I will just have to start each visit by posting, which I guess is okay.
