I've had good luck with fileden.com. Use your browser to upload, mp3s up to 50 meg each. Can directly link to the files and the speed is decent. Annoying part is you have to log in every 30 days (they'll remind you if you don't) and there are a bunch of ads to ignore each time.
Rapidshare.com is also popular, but as I recall you couldn't directly link to the files.
