A New Section?

How about an "Ask a civilian" section?

We could ask questions like: "Why do you fail to understand how hard our job can be?" and "Why do you think you can tell LEOs how to do their job?"

Also I would like to ask some search and seizure questions because the seem to know all aspects of law despite the fact that its my job to enforce it. I think I could benefit from the understanding of the civilian mind :)

Except for that not all civilians think this way. Take the members of this board for instance. What you are describing is a need for a troll section of which one already exists. But thanks for lumping me and the other civilians on this site who generally approve of what you do and back you up against the trolls with the trolls themselves. I don't really care that much, but still not cool man. :mad:

Fair enough, but you can see how it might upset some. I didn't think you'd hold those opinions judging by all your other posts. I thought it may have been a joke but still felt the need to respond as if it wasn't just in case.

I certainly hope not. That bitch needs to be aware she opperates under the same laws as the people who empowered her in the first place. Hopefully, this will be the thing to do it. But, you are probably right. Nothing will come of it.

The going rumor down the street at my HQ is that you'all are going to charge her fat ass for assault (not sure if a Misc or Felony.....but as I recall....DC Law got drug down GW Parkway and it took them a mircle to get it knocked up to felony charges.... :rolleyes: ).

My bosses (direct boss is a 14 and big boss is a 15) said she ever shows up at our bldgs acting like that.....I am more than allowed to kick her fat, handcuffed ass down Penn Avenue......and around the corner to DC Superior Court..... :D

I'm pretty sure you "can" charge her with a misc or a felony. Most of the time it is prosecuted as a misc charge though which almost always gets a plea.

Search and seizure? Sure I'll provide the basic guidelines....you can't search a person's car or house until they sign a contract with their own blood. Otherwise it is a violation of their 18th Amendment rights.

Boy it's a good thing I took that one semester of Business Law. I know everything now! Did I mention I was pre-law? :doh:

Well I agree with whats been said already but I can also see why Glock feels this way because its the anti-LEO's shouting in the loudest voice whereas the actual majority who support us simple dont say it or do so quietly.

Also, if you want to do so go to a civilian site. Its especially fun when you go to legal discussion sites and show how little the amateur and student lawyers know. My favourite is Boards.ie Legal area cause the moderators are not anti-LEO and in fact I have a sneaky feeling one either is a Garda or will be if he can cause he is very pro-me and my posts.

For anyone that wants to, Im currently in discussion with a blatant little scumbag about police brutality, join in. :thumb:
