Is this area of the forum still available to Non-LE? I can't seem to find the information posted on it here. Maybe I don't know where to look. From what I remember the member had to be active and in good standing. What I don't remember is if I have to ask a certain person and my request put up to a vote or do I have to be invited?
I would have asked earlier but I didn't feel comfortable asking on a gifted supporting membership. Now that I have renewed and paid my own subscription, I would like to know how to proceed on this.
