Please help ignore, my buddy

Could some one please explain to me just what these two lists do?

If I put a person on my ignore list does that block all their posts?

And if he is on my buddy list do I get notified each and every time they post?

Don’t forget to KISS, I need all the help I can get.

The buddy list helps keep track of the friends you make on LEF. You'll be able to see which of your friends are currently online, and send them a private message (you can also send private messages to multiple forum members at the same time).

Ignore lists are used for those people who's messages you wish not to read. By adding someone to your ignore list, his/her messages will be hidden when you read a thread. Hope this helps.

Kelly, did you ever use the ignore user feature on O.com? It works the same way here, you'll see the persons user name and title of the thread, but nothing else. it will hide

sheriff's messages for you so you don't have to see them!

Seriously though, i'd assume it does the same that is does on o.com, although I haven't tried on anyone yet, Iwannabe hasn't come over here yet, that I know of.

As far as the buddy list, I think it just tells you if they're online or not.

It works just like O.com For the purpose of a test, I put sct on my ignore list to make an image. I did not see his replies during the test......

A lot of them won't be coming over here because they can't
