New Changes to the Rep System

In everyone's best interest, effective immediately, the following changes have been made to the reputation system:

-For every 25 posts, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.

-For every 500 points of reputation, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.

-Users can only give 3 reputation clicks over a 24 hour period.

-Users must give 25 reputation clicks to other members before they can rep the same person again.
