I read the other thread and it didn't quite answer what I want to know..

So if I don't have rep power, but I do have rep, my reps will come out gray instead of green? How many posts do I need before I get a rep power point?

I feel so.....new.

And can you explain the correlation between rep power and rep points? If I have one rep power point, what % of my rep actually gets "repped." Does that make any sense? Maybe I'm just making this too complicated.
