Idea for an improvement
I don't like coming to the "home" page of LEF (I don't like the way it is layed out or navigates) so I bookmarked this page:
http://www.lawenforcementforums.com/forums/index.php?
I would love to be able to log in from that page. Is it possible to include a link or a log in box somewhere near the top of the page? Right now I have to go to the home page to login and then click back on the forums link.
Just an idea.
I know this isn't an issue for those who never delete their cookies, but I make it a habit to do so after using the computer.
Thanks!

I log in from this page via the link at the upper right hand side.

Log out and then click on my link...I do not see a log in link. Of course, it is entirely possible I'm losing my mind.

Prolly not. I never log out and have this page bookmarked. :D

I agree with x5150x, because it is not obvious how to enter the forum index from the current home page.
I.e., This link does not work on the home page:
http://www.lawenforcementforums.com/...bits_start.gif Law Enforcement Forums
There is a smaller less-obvious "Forums" link to the index, however. I have my User Control panel bookmarked, so I don't notice it.

I will e-mail our computer guy to ask if he can do it. Not sure if he can or not.

If you were running a Windows web server like so - it's just a matter of setting the Default Document to any page you want to - That's the page it goes to whenever someone just enters www.lawenforcementforums.com without specifying a page name like index.php.
Apache / PHP has a similar setting somewhere, I'm sure, but he may have to restart the server or something for it to take effect.
