Post New Thread/Reply Issue
Brad and I have noticed a problem with the site when we go to post a new thread or reply to a thread that some of the box is cut off like below..

... now we also understand that its not a widespread issue because no one has complained about it. That and when I'm at work it looks fine. Another thing is that when I create or reply to PM's I don't have that problem. WE are working on it and in the process of adding the new upgrade. So we hope to get the issue resolved soon.
We are asking everyone to answer our poll so we know how widespread the problem is, and in hopes of figuring what the problem is.
SO PLEASE VOTE!!

No, for me it actually extends into the sidebar area, off center.

when I reply to (like now) nearly all of the smilies area (middle and right row of em) that whole part of the box is outside of the "normal" frame of the blue area.
Is it a problem with the VB layout template that you guys are using? Try switching VB styles in the admin part for one or two of you and see if that helps.
Newest vb update is also out now too if you dont have it.. FWIWThere are only two kinds of real justice left: street and poetic...
Canada, huh? Almost made it...

That would make sense. I didn't have the issue either, until I upgraded to Internet Explorer 7.0.
Off Duty, we have all the updated software, and we've just switched to a dedicated server.
Now, while typing this post I have noticed that the smilies on the right are much smaller, and they all fit. I also noticed they've rotated out different smilies to immediately view (which it's supposed to do, but hasn't for me). Hmmm....

Only issue I have....and it's probably an operator error. Is I never have the smilies or anything in my reply box. All I ever get is the quick reply box.

We dallied under
Vine maples and sapling alders
Searched for lady slippers
But instead
Found blackberry riots and
Desiccated branches
An old skid road
Brought ghost ferns and
Hollows filled with
Skunk cabbage
While waves wrapped
Intricate lacings of weeds
'Round mule spinners
His cyanotic eyes
Were hard enough to make
The sun turn tail and
Tender enough to attract me
To his world of illusion

10-31-06, 01:30 AM #16I agree, the smilie box appears smaller. The smilies have been appearing for me and I haven't noticed them being cut off as in the picture Will posted.

It was actually an IE7 issue and had nothing to do with our site. The latest upgrade fixed that problem. And yes the smilies do appear smaller, again part of the upgrade.

Hmm I guess my issue is a Firefox issue then.
