I agree here, too. But that is a parenting issue, not a government issue.

Yep, same as with booze. Alcohol is still illegal for kids and they get it. They'd get marijuana the same way they do now.

From personal observation, I've found one major difference between alcohol and cannabis.

Booze steals your inhibitions. Marijuana steals your ambitions.

That said, one beer doesn't make me laugh uncontrollably, act like a slug, and eat raw butter.
