I can answer on two of these.
Why would they want a parking garage in Provo, Utah? BYU has plenty of parking.
Mormon cricket control? They're called seagulls. There are hundreds of them around Salt Lake.
Choose The Right. When you're doing whats right, then you have nothing to worry about.
