This could be the real thing.

No doctor is listed. But the alleged certificate bears the signature of the deputy registrar of Coast Province, Joshua Simon Couya. It was allegedly issued as a certified copy of the original in February 1964.
Taitz told WND that the document came from an anonymous source who doesn't want his name known because "he's afraid for his life."
Taitz's motion, filed yesterday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, requests the purported evidence of Obama's birth – both the alleged birth certificate and foreign records not yet obtained – be preserved from destruction, asks for permission to legally request documents from Kenya and seeks a subpoena for deposition from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
"I filed the motion with the court asking for expedited discovery, which would allow me to start subpoenas and depositions even before Obama and the government responds," Taitz told WND. "I am asking the judge to give me the power to subpoena the documents from the Kenyan embassy and to require a deposition from Hillary Clinton so they will be forced to authenticate [the birth certificate].
"I'm forcing the issue, where Obama will have to respond," she said.
"Before, they said, 'You don't have anything backing your claims,'" Taitz explained. "Now I have something. In fact, I have posted on the Internet more than Obama has. My birth certificate actually has signatures."

In Rogers v. Bellei the Supreme Court ruled that "children born abroad of Americans are not citizens within the citizenship clause of the 14th Amendment."

1) The website belongs to the attorney who is filing the various lawsuits to get the information in to the open, and;
2) If, and a BIG IF, Obama is found to be illegitimate, would that rock the nation to the social and economic core? If I were a smart adversary or AlQ type, I'd hope this would be proven just to see the country weaken and be ripe for hits from internal and abroad.

Sure, there would be rioting in the streets... But we've been through that before, and it will pass. That's not a good reason to ignore that a president was elected under false pretenses.

I think SCOTUS will toss his butt out of office if that birth certificate is legitimate.

Either way, I think his party will be tossed out of Congress in 2010, the way that they're going - That will in effect make him a lame duck.

OK, let's be honest, how many here voted for Obama and now have buyers remorse. Don't be afraid to speak up it will just show there's hope for you after all.

I don't get the impression Obama voters have buyer's remorse. He's not being given a chance! Most of my left wing friends just reassign every wrong to Bush (as if W is the entire history of politics in this country..short attention spans) and stay busy making up new labels.

First there were the 9/11 Truthers. That label was fairly nonpartisan, if anything leaned right in origin. Since then though they've all come from one direction : Birthers, Tea Baggers, and now Town Hallers. It doesn't roll off the tongue, but continues the meme and works with the lazy public in the ongoing effort lump any "ers" in with with the established Truther label as fringe conspiracy theorists.

Here's a conspiracy theory for ya. What if Nancy's "Un-American" comment was planned to get the angry reactions in order to push the "Town Hallers are fringe" view?
