About 47 percent will pay no federal income taxes at all for 2009. Either their incomes were too low, or they qualified for enough credits, deductions and exemptions to eliminate their liability. That's according to projections by the Tax Policy Center, a Washington research organization.
That's me! I have something like 7 or 8 exemptions on my W4 and had a total of $800 in federal taxes withheld for the entire year. Not only am I getting back that $800 but another $8000 in credits. I make money at tax time! It's absolutely insane.

This is why I completely support the Fair Tax. But I recognize that my current situation is exactly the class warfare the left want to wage and won't give it up for the Fair Tax. The more people in this country who make money off of the government robbing the rich at gun point, the better for the Dems.
