SI VIS PACEM PARA BELLUM-Ex-Sheriff Martin Howe to Will Kane in "High Noon"
"It's a great life. You risk your skin catching killers and the juries turn them loose so they can come back and shoot at you again. If your honest , your poor your whole life. And , In the end , you wind up dying all alone on some dirty street. For what? For nothing. For a tin star."
Far from being a handicap to command, compassion is the measure of it. For unless one values the lives of his soldiers and is tormented by their ordeals , he is unfit to command.

I speak English(properly)
I have some skills to offfer and a guarenteed income(no need for public assistance) courtesy of 30 yrs in law enforcement.
Can I come and stay?
Computer says .........NO
Still it would be the same the other way round. My advice for a long and state sponsored stay in the UK.
1.Go to France/French channel port(it's alright it's only temporary!)
2. Climb in back of lorry.
3.Wait till lorry stops in UK for drivers first break.
4. Climb out of lorry and walk to nearest social security office to claim free house/car/medical and education benifits.the sole advantage of power is that you can do more good.
