Judging from this and what I have read so far this guy is an idiot. He certainly seems to be re elected by landslides however.

This freaking dumbass atheist liberal represents California's 13th District, which includes Alameda, Union City, Fremont, Newark, Hayward, San Leandro as well as parts of Oakland, and Pleasanton. Just right across the bay from San Francisco. What really pisses me off is that he lives in Maryland but maintains a residence in Fremont, CA. It should be the other way around. He has been in office since 1973. He needs to go. Not surprising that he keeps getting reelected. Just another area of CA that the liberals have ahold of a population center.
