Wisconsin troopers go to homes of 14 absent Democratic senators but find none of them there
More here: No Dems found yet - JSOnlineThursday no Senate Democrats had been located by state troopers, according to a spokesman for Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald (R-Juneau).
Fitzgerald ordered troopers to the homes of the 14 absent Democratic senators earlier Thursday morning. He said he'd heard they some were sleeping at home and driving days to Chicago.
