SACRAMENTO – California Attorney General Kamala D. Harris has filed a brief in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit supporting the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and urging the court to affirm the states' rights to protect the health and safety of their citizens.

This lady is an idiot. Anything she supports is flawed from the beginning. When she was the DA for San Francisco County she stated that there is no right to self defense and she will prosecute anyone who does defend themselves against an attack or other crime.

She has also stomped all over the memories of officers that have been killed in the line of duty with the prosecution stances she has taken for political gain

Of course she has. No worse that the political whore known as Moonbeam Jerry.

Funny thing is. AG McKenna in Washington just got the green light to fight it.

As we keep tilting towards a civil war, skirmishes like this are amusing but with deadly consequences long term.
