Joe Biden starts imitating Indian accent while talking about outsourced call center jobs and then catches himself
"How many times did you get the call," Biden asked, before taking on an accent to say, "I'd like to talk to you about your ... " just as quickly he finished the thought in his normal voice, " ... credit card."

I agree he is an idiot, but i find it a slight stretch to find an accent.
Some of my Indian friends say the "call centers" employ many.
But it could be a "hairy" debate as to what is a bigger business.
