Some people continue to "hope" that they don't have to spend ALL their "change" to pay the bills. And with the "entitlement mentality" running rampid in todays society, I am not suprised in the least that there are people out there that have NO DOUBT Obama will pay their bills for them because that is the "change" they thought Obama would bring about.
