Boy gets lots of candy by dressing up as a ballot box for Halloween

"I am a ballot box," he explains. His costume has slots for candy - one slot each for Obama and Romney. The candy count determines the winner.

"He was here four years ago. Loved him then, loved him now," says one woman.
Back then, he was only 10 and the winner of his contest also took the White House.
Obama won 173-to-11. And coincidentally he got to witness the inauguration after his family won a trip.
"It was crazy and crowded," remembers Matthew's dad, Glen Gilbert. "He was really interested in the election.
For a 10-year-old I was kind of surprised. He actually got voted the mayor of his class in third grade, so it might have started there.
He also thought that he would get more candy because he could tell people you could vote more than once."
