Remembering how important high school dances can be to teenagers, a squad from the Mesa Police Department in Arizona made sure this year’s homecoming was extra memorable for one student. The officers heard about how hard the young woman had worked all summer to earn enough money to purchase a special dress for the dance. Unfortunately, the garment had gone completely M.I.A., apparently delivered to the wrong address.
The officers pitched in to replace the dress, but also purchased the necessary accessories: shoes, earrings, bracelet, wallet and even a coat. They also presented a gift card so she could have her nails professionally done for the big night. Their generosity certainly qualifies them as homecoming royalty!
